RULES OF THE EUROPEAN TROPHIES OF VOLUNTARY WORK

Article 1
The competition is organized by the FFBA or the companies chosen by it.
Article 2
The European Trophy of Voluntary Work concerns all the countries which are members of the European Union or the European geographical space. The FFBA can choose a participant who does not belong to the European Union to promote volunteering in this country.
Article 3
In order to give a sufficient standing to the trophies, this competition is supported and hosted in every country by an organization in charge of the voluntary work and representative of the associative world. The FFBA has any right to choose or refuse any organization which does not completely meet these criteria.
Article 4
In every participating country, the organization accepted by the FFBA is freely in charge of the national selection of the best voluntary action with the aim to present its finalist to the European Trophies of Voluntary work, on December 5th.
Article 5
The candidates of the European Trophies have to be adults on the national competition day.
Article 6
The European finale takes place on December 5th of every year. It takes place in the city and the country chosen by the FFBA at the beginning of the year.
Every finalist candidate, appointed by every participating country, presents, with a computer medium (video or Power Point© presentation), a five-minute document which summarizes the exemplary commitment of the candidate, the quality and social interest of his/her voluntary action. You can choose the meanings you want and their contents as long as they are not opposite to morals. The document is proposed by the FFBA on November 10th of every year at the latest. The FFBA has any right to refuse the medium if it considers it against her ethics. The European Trophies of the Voluntary work consists of the Golden Trophy, The Silver Trophy, the Bronze Trophy and a Special Prize. The vote to appoint the winners takes place in the same room as the final.
Previously, votes by Internet can be organized by the FFBA according to the technical possibilities of the moment. These votes would be balanced but would participate in the final classification.
The control of the votes will be made by a jury appointed by the FFBA. The results announcement is made the same day and the delivery of the European Trophies closes the day. The prizes, distributed by the organizer of the European Trophies of Voluntary Work and its sponsors, remain the exclusive property of the volunteers who receive them. Any distribution of documents created for the organization, and the organization of the European Trophies of Voluntary work is subjected to the authorization of the FFBA.
Article 7
These rules can be modified every year to adapt themselves to organizational changes or at any time if the circumstances require it.
Article 8
Any country, volunteer, association, organization or structure wishing to participate in the European Trophy of Voluntary Work commit itself to literally respect the rules above.
